What is the warranty offered on Altek products?

I have Altek windows in my house and I want to file a service claim, what is the process?

How do I take care of my Altek windows?

Be sure to rinse and dry windows thoroughly after cleaning. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or scouring pads as they may damage the aluminum or PVC coating.
